Learning type analysis
Neurolinguistic
Profiling is employed to analyse which method of communication e.g.
auditory, visual or kinesthetic, is the preferred learning style of
the pupil. This expedites communication and learning and helps
the student retain the new skills.
Assessment of Limitations
Assessment of
physical limits, time constraints and equipment suitability are
all integral components of the speed and extent of improvement.
These are assessed on an ongoing basis during tuition.
Video
Computer analysis
is regularly used and provides the visual learner a very fast
learning experience.
Prioritisation
After the initial
assessment is completed there is a correction prioritisation
formulated. Prioritisation is an important early step in the in
the overall plan of the students golf improvement.
Swing Model
Swing model
education takes place early in the tuition plan so that the
student has an understanding of what actually causes the golf
swing. This ensures that the student does not expend wasted
efforts on the symptoms and effects of swing errors. It also
ensures tuition relevancy to the golfer and expedites error
correction.
Swing
Drills
Students
are provided with appropriate swing drills which are a method of
practice that will expedite improvement. We have a large range
of tried and tested swing drills to choose from. Utilisation of
the appropriate swing drill will maximise the benefit of the
tuition and practice.
Practice Planning
Students are
provided with a personalised practice plan that is designed
around improvement goals and time constraints. Long term
improvement is always a goal at Mark Gibsons Exceptional Golf.
