Fitting "Frequently Asked Questions":
If I
improve my swing will I need to change my clubs? In over 1000 fits that have resulted in sales of equipment I have only had 2 customers that need equipment changes. Both of those were LIE ANGLE changes that were identified in follow up lessons and cross checking. Both were corrected immediately at no charge to the client. My
friends have bought much more expensive clubs, are these good quality? In all those fits and sales I have never had a problem with the quality of the equipment supplied. If I am going to spend hours working with a student on improving their golf it would be detrimental to the process to supply inferior quality. I expected to be fitted into graphite shafts, why did steel out perform the graphic? In 100% of fits there are no guarantees prior to the fitting session that the result will be as expected. That is why it is important to enter the fitting session with an open mind, both for the client and the fitter. Sometimes the extra weight of steel shafts provides the feel the player gains confidence from. Does
having a fit session commit me to a purchase? 100% NO. It is most likely that the ball flight experienced in the fitting process will make you want to buy. Invariably the clients are stunned by the improved ball flight. Will
the clubs ordered perform like the testing club? There has been a lot of effort put in to make sure that is the case. There would be little point of going through the test then have clubs that perform differently delivered to the customer. This is why such care has to be taken in filling out the fitting sheet as the supplier will make the clubs EXACTLY as I order them. When I
get my fitted clubs will I still need tuition? These clubs will help and they will remove the impediments to the clients improvement. Fitted clubs + quality tuition are a team that will most rapidly improve the clients golf. The one thing that fitted clubs will do is nearly totally eliminate the recurrence of some faults Click here to go back to or click here to find out more or request a booking.
